These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and BBW918 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the BBW918 website located at https://bbw918.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Service").

BBW918 operates an online casino and sports betting platform serving users in Malaysia and select international jurisdictions. To register and maintain an Account with BBW918, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the BBW918 Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering an Account with BBW918, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Platform and must update it promptly if it changes.

4.1 Information Required at Registration

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request — and at any point where the Company has reasonable grounds to verify your identity — you will be required to submit the following documentation:

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

BBW918 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). All fiat transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• BBW918 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt by BBW918.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit funds into the Account, or a verified account in the User's own name.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts.
• DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes.
• Bank wire transfers are typically completed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes.
• BBW918 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any delay.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated explicitly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are credited separately to real-money balances. Real-money funds are wagered before bonus funds unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Where bonus abuse is identified, BBW918 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant Account(s).

6.3 Birthday & Referral Bonuses

Birthday bonuses are awarded once per calendar year to verified accounts in good standing. The bonus tier (Bronze MYR 188, Silver MYR 388, Gold MYR 888, VIP MYR 2,688) corresponds to the User's membership tier at the time the bonus is claimed. Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited upon the referred User's first qualifying deposit and play-through. There is no cap on referral earnings.

All wagers placed on the BBW918 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to the relevant product.

• Bets may only be placed by registered, verified, and eligible Account holders using funds held in their Account Balance.
• Once confirmed, a bet is final and may not be cancelled, altered, or retracted by the User except where explicitly permitted by the Platform's specific game rules.

All content on the BBW918 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of BBW918 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of BBW918 and is protected under applicable copyright law. All software used on the Platform is the property of BBW918 or its software suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property and software licensing laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: download or copy account information; use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit the Platform for commercial purposes without express written consent from BBW918.

The BBW918 Platform and all content, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Receipt of a third-party court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request

Upon permanent closure of an Account, any verified Account Balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Where closure results from a breach of these Terms by the User, BBW918 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to surrender funds to the appropriate authorities.

12.1 User-Initiated Closure
